Dinaluhan nina Gervin Paulo Macion ng “Jenne Chrisville,” Carey Kho-Watanabe ng “Chic Sensei” at Ashley Dy ng “Candy Kawaii Lover” ang mga runway shows ng ilang kilalang Japanese fashion designers tulad nina Nozomi Ishiguro, Li Lin (JNBY) at Tamae Hirokawa (Somarta).

“I was there for four days. I loved watching the shows and I loved the outfits,” pahayag ni Dy.

“It can be overwhelming for a first timer. You want to watch the show, take pictures of the beautiful outfits. It was fun,” saad naman ni Kho-Watanabe.

“I’m happy I made it again on Women’s Wear Daily (WWD),” ani Macion na anim na seasons nang naimbitahang dumalo sa JFW.

“Aside from the shows, I was looking forward to meet new people and bond with them,” dagdag pa ni Macion.

“I want my friends and blog followers to experience what I’ve experienced through pictures, especially that Japanese fashion is really crazy. I want to share that to them,” sabi pa ni Kho-Watanabe.

“I wanna show them the other side of Japanese fashion hindi lang Harajuku. And I hope this can inspire other Pinoy fashion bloggers na kaya rin natin mapasok ang Japanese fashion scene,” pagtatapos ni Dy.

“I’m excited to meet new people kaya sisiguraduhin ko na makakadalo na ako next season.”

Ang Japan Fashion Week ay isang by invitation only event na ginanap dalawang beses kada taon. Ito ay inoorganisa ng Japan Fashion Week Organization.
