TOKYO, Japan – Maglulunsad ng direct flights ang Cebu Pacific (CEB) patungong Narita at Nagoya sa darating na Marso 30. Ang Cebu Pacific ang kauna-unahang low-cost carrier (LCC) ng Pilipinas na mag-aalok ng biyahe mula Maynila patungo sa dalawang pangunahing lungsod ng Japan.

“We’re very excited that we’re going to finally be able to expand our network in Japan because it’s been five years since the last time we were here to launch a service, so now the Cebu Pacific service is available in three destinations: we have Osaka, which is now daily; Nagoya, which is four times weekly; and Narita, which is daily also. We hope that our kababayans here in Japan will avail of our new flight services,” pahayag ni Cebu Pacific Vice President for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog sa Cebu Pacific Philippine Product Presentation na ginanap sa Happo-en, Shirokane-dai kamakailan.

Sisimulan ng Cebu Pacific ang daily services mula Maynila patungong Narita gamit ang bagong Airbus A320 fleet. Aalis ito ng Maynila ng 5:25 a.m. at lalapag sa Tokyo ng 10:35 a.m. Ang return flight naman ay aalis ng Tokyo ng 11:45 a.m. at darating ng Maynila ng 3:45 p.m.

Ang Manila-Nagoya-Manila service naman ay bibiyahe tuwing Martes, Huwebes, Sabado at Linggo. Aalis ito ng Maynila ng 3:20 p.m. at lalapag sa Nagoya ng 8:25 p.m. Ang return flight naman ay aalis ng Nagoya ng 9:10 p.m. at darating sa Maynila ng 12:10 a.m ng sumunod na araw.

“At long last Cebu Pacific will be landing in Narita and Nagoya. The Filipino community and also Japanese friends have long been waiting for the entry of Cebu Pacific,” pahayag ni Ambassador Lopez na siyang panauhing pandangal sa ginanap na product presentation.

“With Cebu Pacific flying to Narita and Nagoya soon, I’m sure we will easily hit our target of more than 500,000 Japanese visiting the Philippines for 2014. And perhaps maybe even about 130,000 to maybe even about 150,000 Filipinos visiting Japan this year alone,” dagdag pa ni Lopez.
